The game always gonna give you the skins of heros that you don't use, I know cuz I'm a Kagura main and I never got Soryu Maiden before in other collabs or events where I had a chance to get it, and a friend that only have 2 matches with Kagura he got her Epic skin in the first x10 draw, and now with all the free 10x we usually get with tickets i always get skins of heros that I have 4 matches, this game is so unfair in these kind of events, I decided to never spend money again in collabs and boxes such as the Xmas box or the summer box.

Ya'll i know what order the skin goes, first you get Floryn then Chang'e, then Angela and lastly Claude. Every KZbinr I've seen has gone in this specific way. The explanation why Claude is last is because he's the most marketable so Moontoon can't have him going off first or second.

I actually claude's skin while only recharging at least 500 diamonds for phase 1 and 2 enough to complete the tasks for free draws then some of my obtained skins can be converted into more tickets if you have enough of those(tokens i think), to be able to draw more for the bingo, and it was actually surprised when i finally got it.
