How Much it Cost To Open My Basketball Gym | The process of opening a basketball training facility

This video covers EXACTLY how to open a basketball gym and exactly how much it cost to open your own gym. This video I go into depth on the exact steps I took in order when it came to finding my own space, purchasing the hoops, paint and get the floor installed.
Opening a basketball training facility was not an easy process but was certainly worth it. I started by looking for my own business location around Lowell Ma by searching on loop net. I then proceeded to look at a couple and picked this space. It needed a lot of work so that is what ended up costing a lot of money.
We had to paint, fix up the stairs and mezzanine, install hoops and finaly install the basketball court which was the most expensive part. I also had to go through business registration, getting insurance and all sorts of annoying stuff like that to open my own business location. In the end it cost a bit of money up front but is well worth it and hope to be here for a while.
If you are interested in how much it costs and how to go about opening your own business this video will certainly help you get a general idea.

Thank you for taking the time to do this video. Did the city require a building with fire sprinklers? And I'm not sure if you used a realtor, but they should've negotiated for your lease to be contingent on the landlord making some of the changes to the space according to your business needs and also agreeing to the first few months of the lease being free. When finding the building did you use to mess with floor leveling? Alot of industrial buildings will be sloped for drainage and what not, was that not an issue with placing the court?
