PR requiremant is bullshiet. You need 30-40% more PR than is requiremant to survive in worlds. Also for U11 you need to be AT LEAST 38K to be able to farm it alone. With 30k you wount be doing anough dmg and LIve steal is almost must have.

Hmm... Went in U10 with my 29kPR/2.8kL stat TR and was able to tank dungeon runs on C1/2 gear with only exception being a T3 TR ring I "accidentally" made when reconsidering my gear and stats I can do U10, albeit slow and with refills, but I am able to hunt for C3

U11 should be roughly 10m coeff with 9.5k+L to easily farm

You need 5k light to hit the leviathan, to solo it you need 10100 light.
