Fiery but mostly peaceful protests. Unless they get these protests handled, we're probably heading for another summer of commercial building bonfires.

Shouldn't an Energy Secretary be a Physicist, or an Engineer that has knowledge about energy? Rather than a native American attorney that profits from government energy policies?

The real question is: how much money did this Canadian-born grifter Granholm get since she’s been in U.S. politics?

This country is insane when you politely ask people who want to destroy this country's energy independence instead of attacking them.

How is it that even so many of our educated people cannot say the word nuclear. Two words people, new and clear, then put 'em together. It's really not that hard. Hearing people say "nukular" drives me insane like hearing nails on a chalkboard.

Inflation reduction act has not reduced inflation. The private sector couldn't afford the carbon thing she was talking about, but I can do it now because of the inflation reduction act. Where does that money come from?? TAX PAYERS!!!

Some easy to verify information that shows that NET ZERO/Reducing carbon emissions would be catastrophic for humanity The war on CO2 is not only insane it is a rejection of fundamental laws of physics and basic biology. Biology first; The only significant effect of the increase in CO2 has been a massive increase in crop yields. 50 years ago the planet could not feed 4 billion people with about 1 million people being killed by famine every single year. Now, thanks to the rise in CO2, 3rd world crop yields have doubled, 1st world yields have quadrupled (thanks to fertilizers, and better seed weed and pest control not available to the 3rd world) and the planet is able to feed 8 billion people with fewer than 25,000 famine deaths per year. The only guaranteed effect of cutting CO2 would be to cut world food production and lead to the return of widespread famine. All of the carbon for all life on the planet enters the food chain from CO2 The 'Carbon tax' is a food.tax. Physics; CO2 CANNOT significantly warm the planet, CO2 is a very mild radiation shield that has to follow the same logarithmic shieldings law as any other type of radiation shield. CO2 has been measured to cause 3.7W/m2 of extra shielding which ,(unless you ignore the Stefan Boltzmann law) would only result in just 0.7 degrees of warming for every doubling of CO2 concentration. Even the IPCC accept the shielding figure but they just ignore the Stefan Boltzmann law. If the IPCC were honest and actually included the SB laws it would put the whole climate hysteria nonsense and the IPCC out of business; CO2 levels are about 9 'doublings' of CO2 above 1ppm or about 6 degrees of CO2 warming compared to 'zero CO2'. To get another 6 degrees of warming would require CO2 levels to be over 170,000ppm. If CO2 was increased to the maximum level it has been in earth history (7000ppm) would be about 4 more 'doublings' or about 15W/m2 of extra shielding or 2.8 degrees C of warming. We could not significantly warm the planet with CO2 if we burned every scrap of fossil fuel there is.. Since the beginning of the industrial revolution CO2 has only increased by 50%. (280 to 420) even rounding up that it is just 2.5W/m2 of extra shielding. the warming effect of such extra shielding can be easily calculated using the Stephan Boltzmann equations (there are free calculators available online). and it is about 0.4 degrees C in 200 years of warming caused by CO2. To get a full one degree of 'CO2 warming' compared to 1850 would require CO2 levels to be about 750ppm and to get another 1 degree of warming above that, CO2 would need to be over 2000ppm. The climate is controlled by solar variability not CO2, Put simplistically lots of big black spots on the sun reduces the energy reaching the planet's surface and the planet cools a bit. (as happened during the solar peek in the 1950s' which lead to 20 years of cooling) When sun spot activity is low (fewer big black spots) more energy reaches the surface and the planet warms (as happened at the beginning of last century when America experienced the dust bowl and especially during the The Maunder minimum which was responsible for the planet warming out of the Little Ice Age not CO2 (CO2 did not change, solar activity did). Solar sun spot activity is on the rise again and the planet is already cooling (Greenland Ice mass balance is increasing 400Gtonnes added in 2023 up from 20Gtonnes in 2012 ) CO2 is not our enemy, it is what is keeping us well fed.
