as my grand mother always use to say to me " a penny saved is a penny earned " and girl I hope you do reach your goal , I am glad you made this video -as I heard some thing though the grape vine that people who made videos on youtube did get paid for making them . and I thought oh , sure they do -laughing ,that can not be true at all ,no one just gives money to some one for making a video or even a 1000 videos . well finally I got a straight answer about it from this video,, you can make money doing this kind of work. hmm-now if this ole lady here ( me of coarse ) could figure out how to edit a video , I might make a buck or two on here my self. to bad you don't get paid for watching them since I am on youtube.com about 10 hours a day watching videos of every kind - I am a crafter ,sewing crocheting kind of gal and I love the newest stitch -and the newest craft idea . great video ,you give this great grandmother hope that she too can hopefully make a living doing what I love. :)

Oh Darlene you're too much. I loved this video and I wish you only the best at meeting your goals. You are so right about falling down and getting up again. I've been there - done that. Lost over $400,000 to a con artist and at 65 I found myself bankrupt. I just got up and started dancing again. You will reach your goals. Ever consider public speaking to womens groups? ( hubby takes care of all that lol) might as well let your money make money for ya. You are off to a fantastic start.

Natalie, very good! I put in many years in public high school teaching as a special ed teacher to earn my retirement; unfortunately inflation causes prices to rise so there is always a need for more money. You are doing the right thing at a young age. Congratulations.

Keep your money. Get a prenupt. I bought my first house at 18. When I got divorced, I kept the house but my parents convinced me I was too young to keep it and the 40 acres and my brand new Mustang and collectible cars...I worked three jobs to get these. so, my in-laws got my car, since my ex got that car but couldn't keep up payments (one job). and my parents reclaimed the 40 acres since that was a wedding gift and the home was technically on their property since they never signed it over. i let my mom borrow my cc for my sister's school clothes, she blew it out. If you are young, get a lawyer to help you make good financial decisions.

Saving is great. Every dollar you save now will increase your options later in life. But you need to invest that money. If not, inflation will savage it. For example: a dollar when you were born (1999) had the same buying power as $1.50 does today. Letting it sit in a savings account is a terrible idea.

I really respect that you put all of this information out for there us to see! I have been considering starting some form of blog for a while now but haven't mustered up the courage to do so. A few years ago I even posted a KZbin video and gained about 100 views the first day, but then I panicked and deleted it. Being able to turn a blog or KZbin into a job would be amazing. It's something that I watch on a daily basis and have come to love the community that is on the internet. I have a journal filled with blog ideas but I just need to DO IT! This video really pushes me in that direction. I'm currently unable to save money because I make very little (student loans have to take priority unfortunately) and you really make me want to work my butt off to be able to put money in the bank. This sounds ridiculous but this video really inspires me to work hard and not give up. This was the 'kick in the butt' that I needed to get my act together. I believe you will definitely reach your goal - you seem so dedicated and care so much about it - I don't foresee you ever giving up! And hey, I've been watching your subscriber count the past few days and it is growing very quickly so you may be where you want to be even sooner than you think!

As far as KZbin goes you make money on KZbin based on the viewers interests with the ads...... It really doesn't have anything to do with the videos or subscribers..... The reason you want more subscribers is so they watch the ads and if your showing that many subscribers the ad companies should come.... But you can do it don't give up!!! I love your channelI started to try KZbin a few years ago just to fill a void in my life I think.it was fun and gave me some thing to look forward to.but I gave up I could not find a ninch that worked for me.and my computer skills are not good. Also, you should consider bitcoin mining and phone farming. One Antminer S9 bitcoin miner would earn you over $500 a month based on current prices. They can be purchased for $1800-4000 depending on where you buy them and whether you are willing to wait. There are a lot of people who claim to be making $1000 per month with phone farming using lots of $20-$50 phones.

I have been retired for several years and I just love your positive outlook. Money & success don't just come to you. My husband and I worked our butts off for years and saved all we could. People sometimes would say "why don't you do X, you can afford to". But saving for retirement was number one. Now we are reaping what we sowed and enjoying life. I'm sure you can do it. +Lil Mama KZbin Red is a paid subscription that lets you watch KZbin with no advertising at all. I think it's something like $9.99 per month. I do not have that subscription. Since KZbin Red takes advertising revenue away from content creators, KZbin shares a bit of the subscription price with creators to make up for it.
