To open a Swiss bank account as a non-resident, you need at least 1 million Swiss francs. Normally, Swiss banks ask for more. They ask for 3, 5, or even 10 million Swiss francs. I will show you how I can open a Swiss bank account with 500,000 Swiss francs only in 10 days, how to choose the best Swiss bank that safeguards and grows your money, and how to best negotiate the terms and conditions.
The world has become more insecure. Never in history, have Swiss banks opened so many bank accounts as last year. Opening a Swiss bank account is the first step successful entrepreneurs take to protect their assets. You should do the same if you want to secure the financial future of your family.

It's quite interesting some of the points that you're making. A lot of the small banks in the United States suffered major losses because they were trying to attract the depositors who were very risk adverse and wanted just term deposits. How do you compete with the larger Banks paying higher interest which are using client's money to lend out to traders to leverage on stock portfolios? They had to do all kinds of risky investments to generate more yield than what they were paying out. Otherwise they don't make any spread. Most people don't understand how Banks work or how the whole monetary system works for that matter.

The investments are executed and supervised by the external asset managers. The bank is and acts as booking center - not more. The important services around investments are executed by the external asset managers. All family offices have external asset managers dealing with the bank. They do not deal directly with the bank. If you like, I am more than happy to introduce you to some of my proven asset managers.

1) Gambilng, Adult and defense is very broadly legalized. 2) There is no law, which defines, what is a sufficient "Origin of funds" evidence. 3) Banks have the tendency to spy out business relationship. 4) Banks are simply and mainly responsible for their financial stability.Not for devote espionage in indirect favor for governments. 5) That a banks ask questions is still okay., but often there is to less control who collects and uses which compliance data for what other purpose.

I fully agree. Banks want to know where and how big your wealth is. Their goal is to attract more assets under management. They are not allowed to sell your information. Swiss data protection law is very strict and banking secrecy still is enforceable (except for tax evasion).

@@SwissBankingLawyersZurich CRS reporting (for control purpose) applies automatically and does not have (criminal !) tax evasion as prerequisity. The value of the swiss banking secrecy is by automatic CRS pretty much abolished. The art is to switch off the CRS reporting.

For non US clients, US banks offer the highest level of privacy and secrecy in the world. The USA collects information based on FATCA but they do not disclose information to any country. There is a lot of non taxed money booked with US banks for sure.
@SwissBankingLawyersZurich
@SwissBankingLawyersZurich 2 ай бұрын
Can you diclose the treatment by US banks? My clients banking in the USA appointed an external asset manager. The US bank is booking center. That's it. The services are rendered by the external asset managers. The client has no direct contact with the US banks. He communicates only through the external asset manager. He will deal with the US bank. External asset managers receive a better treatment by the depository US banks. External asset managers are institutional clients of the US bank.

By the bank not honoring the agreement that I signed, (that their fine print,) proves they violated the agreement. I complained to the O.C.C. and their financial examiner's know what I referred to. Just like how when Citizen Bank was taken to NYCOURTS Small Claims court, their lawyer was more than willing to pay me. Ignoring all the emotional pains's and suffering's I endured, because of the banks mistakes.@@SwissBankingLawyersZurich

That's the problem, I consulted with jurisdictional bar admitted attorney(s)', (but the court denied me my right's to civil due process in court.) That's after I filed complaint's with the relevant jurisdictional authorities'. Whose financial examiners would neither publicly or in any written responses from their offices take either parties side. It looks bad when I, (the plaintiff in small claims court,) get the U.S. Commercial Bank to "agree" to settle for the disputed amount. However, after having to pay excessive fees for the bank's fault and mistakes, (the whole emotional pain and suffering's, [I've had U.S. collections' violate the FDCPA where that particular statute dictates specific outcomes in court for each individual count and instance of violation(s)'.]) Yes, a qualified bar admitted attorney...I don't disagree at all. Do you know any that aren't in the Erie County NY or admitted to any U.S. Bars'?

Yes, I know a top lawyer in Florida, Fort Lauderdale. He represents senators and CEO's but he is super expensive. The dispute value should be in the millions to engage him. In this case the dispute value seems to be modeste.

You know I'm amazed by the questions some people ask. I don't know if you paid attention to the video that you just watched? Banks are able to pay interest on deposits by either lending the money out to customers, or by buying bonds, equities, t bills, or other securities. Some people think that banks have some kind of miracle solution. They don't! They have all the same solutions as you do. They just have more information on various companies, but they can't predict where things are going. That's why so many banks in the United States have had problems. So how can a bank give you 10% interest. Perhaps you should think it through. There are no miracles with banks.

You should open 2 accounts, one for investments without transapctions and payments etc and one for payments, obviously a small account. You have to protect the big money. Where the big money is, no transactions please. Keep the big account as confidential as possible.

Try to open an account with www.swissquote.com. It is an excellent bank to be used as booking center. They have an excellent platform. It will depend on your place of residence, if they will open the account or not. I have an account with the bank with the following link www.swissquote.com managed by an enternal asset manager with the following link www.geneveinvest.ch. I am super happy with my asset manager. He is a bond specialist. It's a conservative portfolio 20% stocks and the rest bonds and cash.
