Hi Gaya, I live in the Centro, about 3 blocks from the malecón. What neighborhood is the gentleman with the vegetable truck in?

3 blocks from Malecon is a great spot to be in ! He goes around Centro and calls out, so maybe ask your local neighbors if he comes near you. I found him on calle Emilio Garranza, he drives around with his truck.

I want to go live in Mexico, is everything like Pan Dulce and Mexican food still affordable? Also is the rent good now in Mexico? And is the pay better now?

The best thing you could do is come and try it for a year and see if it suits you. Pay for locals is low, this is why gentrification is happening, I am making a video about it.
