Love the information you provided and would like more to see more videos on what are the limits on alterations of a new build. Like to know how much of an expansion can be added to the front porches, garages, patios, and other outside amenities (outside outlets, lights, water faucets)? Just a good informative heads up on what to expect in a new build and at the design center. Thanks.... Keep up the great work.

Love Nocatee and would love to move there. However, can’t get over how they build the homes so close to each other. Coming from Ohio that’s something that most of us are use to. Visited last year and really like that area👍🏻

Dude seriously!!!! Where was this video when the wife and I was trying to figure out what David Weekly was talking about elevation on our home. Love your videos, they were a big help with selecting Nocatee as our future home. But I missed this video. Even though we have start the building process with David Weekly, I turned on the notification for your channel.

Hi Michael, Creekside/twin creeks is very close to Nocatee but very different. They both are zoned for good St Johns county schools if that is important to you. Nocatee homes are more expensive than Creekside however, the fees ( HOA/CDD ) may be slightly higher in Creekside. Creekside has one pool for the neighborhood to share, Nocatee has three pools and two waterparks. Nocatee has lots of events like food truck fridays, farmers markets, live music events, bingo night, comedy night, movie nights and more. I dont think creekside does events however, non residents can join in on some of the Nocatee events for free. I can go on with more differences...If you'd like to talk more, give me a call or email.
