They can't sell rain...which is why manure fields out perform in heavy stress situations...irrigation isn't the complete answer either. Neighbors had to run so much irrigation that they leached their nitrogen away...in the end they had so much $$ in the crop it looked okay, yielded better than most but they were actually crop failure on paper.

Great job you are doing! I have got a question. Is the amount of nutrients given on the AgPHD fertilizer removal per acre or per hectare? Thanks.

If you have to apply 50lb of nitrogen, would you apply all 50lb once before planting, or, do you apply in small quantities a few times during the planting season? Your videos are great, highly educational. Thank you

MY GUYS! ~HEY~ Contractors installed some crappy Japanese Zoysia grass on my sister's lawn and it dies every July and August. I plan to rip it up and plant Kentucky Bluegrass Seeds this next few weeks 2023. My problem is this currently- -No soil-testing service is going to give me a report on any nitrogen in the sample. However, from watching videos on this channel, I know that nitrogen is part of the base saturation along with sulfur, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. How are you guys able to get your nitrogen tested so that it is tested and then put on a report...???

I am planting a food plot for deer and have clay soil. I want to plant corn this year and I am curious on the best type of corn to use for this as well as the best way to fertilize the corn. I have had issues in the past food plots with my plants growing great and then all the sudden turning light green. Thanks

Is it true that nitrogen from legumes is mostly in amino acid form that doesn’t show up in most soil tests?

Clearly both of you went to conventional universities, you should get your money back. Cover crops heavy on the legumes provide all the N a crop could ever need. All the other species mineralize all the other nutrients i could ever need in the perfect fourm. 80% of what you are breathing is N.
