good to see more r33 content! when you go ffp i would recommend going with a bosch DBW throttle body setup so you don't have to muck around with throttle cables....and you can do some wicked cool things with the g4x with the DBW as well as ditching all the Idle air control and cold start valve etc and tidy up that side of the engine bay.

I had never been in a stock skyline until just recently and I can tell you I was very surprised how slow it was every one iv been in has had work done to it and the power is crazy I honestly thought it would be better than it is stock

I had the same experience yesterday when my cuz brought a bone stock r33. 10 mins later I blocked off factory bov fixed a boost leak then boom went 10 times better.

I have a 1996 skyline GTST same as this car and it runs 5 PSI stock with HKS exhaust front mounted im pushing 247HP 216FPT weird

That's an honest baseline hp, it keeps you humble bringing a car up in stages, keeps it interesting, i assume you'll have a fuel pump sorted to push the new injectors too. Do some practice logs. You doing flex fuel? A decent gauge like the gaugeart or a Haltech dash for Link, would be worth it too so you can monitor your criticals

That’s it man! Thought to mod it I would start with a good base. The base is now here 😉 460 pump will go in, but still a bit weird with our fuel pump wiring. :/ plus yeah injectors and the whole lot, will be a great car!

How or why is it hitting max injector duty while stock? The stock injectors are maxing out around the 360bhp mark. Stock reg is well capable of much more.

Very weird indeed. Most stock r33's with just turbo back exhaust, air intake and link ecu+remap with 0.85 bar of boost will push around 300bhp. Add the front mount and will handle 320bhp. The stock injectors are good for about 360bhp.

It’s making 249 hp at the rear wheels. Which is around 185 rwkw same as a tuned NA FG

They come factory with an engine called a tb42 it’s basically a petrol version of the TD42 but also just a 4.2L version of an Rb my dad has one and they sound mental so basically a 4.2L instead of a little 3.0L or 2.6L seams a little more sensible

How much boost is it making? Stocko actuator is around 7 psi.

@@ifluro You're probably already maxxed out or very close at least. Stock det neo injectors are around 330cc. A rough guide is 1hp per cc. Have you got an AFR gauge? Worth getting.

No need to. Strapping on the dyno is mostly for traction. At 250whp and very linear power delivery theres no need to strap.
