Good stuff! A question, how would you value an inventory of an distressed business? For example revenue 1M€, EBITDA 50k€, inventory 500k€. Business owner sees that if he spent X euros for inventory, then it's worth X euros (just as on the balance sheet), ignoring the fact that turnaround time for majority of the stock can be several years and most of the inventory is illiquid.
