Overtalking is one of the major reasons for people’s confusion and mental exhaustion. When we speak too much, we are using up a lot of oxygen to the brain and making more fatigue in the body.
As a society we tend to encourage the expression of speech, but how much is a good physical, mental and spiritual amount that is healthy and balanced?
