If you can't stop others to copy your patent while it is in approval stage and With the State of curruption in India it can be disqualified after 1.5 yrs siting a single mistake or taken to court and you will be waiting for 10-15 yrs to get judgement.....IRONY

Have any central government employee approached you for patenting his/her invention or do u know anyone who has patent his/her invention while working in central government emplyee. I am asking this because I have a frnd who is central government emoployee and wants to work on prototype of his invention but he is not sure if central government employee can sell or get royalty for it. Can you pls describe the rules if you know below this comment for central government employee. I know this question is bit off topic but would be nice if you pls clear it. Yesturday we tried to search but no result came out. pls help
