I'm in Salem, OR so fingers crossed that we get a snow storm in the central willamette valley this winter.

Be careful what you wish for down there! One year, the snow was so deep East of Salem that a town had to be dug out with construction and ODOT equipment; and they had to use dump trucks to haul the snow away to alternate dump sites.😂

@@elizabethbottroff1218 Lucky me then since I don't drive, so i don't have to deal with that headache if we get a snow storm. I only want 6 to 7 inches of snow anyway, not a burying blizzard.

Portland, Oregon, USA. On the Washington and Oregon State boundary. It is heavily influenced by the Pacific Ocean, the arctic cold from Canada, the steep hills in and around the city, and the Columbia River Gorge funneling extreme cold in from the East.
