Next time please try and rewatch ur video and correct errors on post production. You keep saying 5,000 subscribers instead of 500 and most importantly the monetisation threshold is still 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch time. If you've 500 subscribers and 3,000 watch time you're only qualified to earn from super chat and not from ads itself. It's only when you reach 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch time that KZbin will send you a message that you're eligible for monetisation.
