For anyone wondering why it's so low. A $0.02 RPM is very low and rare. His short probably got the majority of views from countries like India. If your shorts are in english and you're targeting english speaking countries like USA, UK, Canada etc. you can expect an RPM of $0.08-0.18. I usually have around $0.12-0.17. In short, shorts are definitely a good way to make a good amount of money, and views are much easier to get than long form.
