You are so welcome!!😊 Learn more about the powerful form of zinc that Dr. Brown recommends: Triple Zinc+ with 3 bioavailable forms of zinc + synergistic herbs such as echinacea, slippery elm, and OPC: drbrown.cc/triplezinc

The recommended amount of zinc was 15 miligrams for men, reduced to 11 because it negatively affects copper absoprion . for women its 8. Copper deficiency will make you weak or even cause nerve damage. I had panic attacks from zinc, still got anhedonia. Get zinc from food.

I always had skin problems even as a kid. I took 30 mg zic a day and my doctor measured it and I was still deficient abd he gave five IVs with zinc. He didn't want to give me IV again when my skin got bad again so I decided to take 150 mg every day. I got out of balance with copper and my doctor said for 6 weeks only 50 mg a day. After two weeks I got all kind of issues, massive hairloss, skin peeling off from fingers and feet, gum infections, tendinitis. I eat meat and I also take quercetin but I don't dare me to reduce my 150 mg but that will mess with copper, iron and vitami D. Doctors do not know about the interaction and I try to get as much information as possible. 😢
