Thanks for sharing this story in detail - this is one of the few opportunities these people get to sit and tell their story uninterrupted and have someone listen to them. Also sheds light on the importance of women empowerment - 24 acres of land with water and the wife went back to their home and children are languishing? If this woman was empowered she would have been able to hold the children and home together. Also, the judges and lawyers of Kenya should feel very embarrassed - how do you take pride in a field that’s shown to do such a shoddy job over and over ?
