Yes the BIGGEST, you have to always be on the look out for a new vendor throughout the years also. Quality changes, your seller quits, etc

Yes I need to do quality control, I want to feel and see the hair and have that personal touch before sending to my customers. The vendor can dropship and send order directly to your customer but I will NEVER trust any vendor over my shipping and handling over myself. Customer places order….vendor ships to you in 24hrs…you process and package…customer has orders in 2-3 days. I mentor so what I do is public information, for you all - your customers would never know you are pre-ordering. Your business is legitimate they receive quality hair, you profit. That’s why we never run out of unoriginal beauty supply stores that were around during the era of you and I grandmother, that’s why every ethnicity wears these unoriginal hair extensions, that’s why I’ve made over 6 figures with this “unoriginal” product. So to build momentum you have to create differentiation whit creating a unique product. I meant whit easy route is that doing a pre-order whit stock products is very easy because you skip a whole 30 day process.
