My boyfriend is exactly the same! Took a while to get used to his personality but he’s the personification of rough around the edges, soft on the inside. He can deadpan say no and then after a nap he’ll have a feast waiting. The people we love and that love us always find a way to show it. When he’s not ready for bed and I am, I’ll always fall asleep downstairs with him, and he’ll carry me up to bed asleep haha

Good to know it’s not just my Korean grandma that’s like a tough nonlovey dovey person on the outside but will still do things for us out of love.
