I'm in the US. You need to shop at different stores if food has doubled in price for you. I shop mostly at Costco, Sam's Club, Aldi, and a local produce store. Stay away from your local grocery store or stores like Whole Paycheck, unless you purchase their 365 brand. By shopping at the stores I mentioned, I barely notice a difference in my grocery bill from year to year.

@@Bear_Arms Thanks for the reply. I avoid Giant, Safeway, and Harris Teater. They are the highest-priced in my area. I go to Aldi and Walmart. I find Aldi's Brand products and Walmart's brand great value to be the best value.

That being stated, I hate when people trash Walmart. Their stores provide plenty of jobs and good prices. There are areas of the country that almost totally depend on a local Walmart for almost everything.

My thoughts: I assume the Heloc is low rate long term low payments, so I would use that to pay off the BMW and then sell it immediately before it depreciates further. Then I would use the money from the car sale to pay off credit card balances. Then I would sell your watch collection and use that money to buy and sell watches. You know that Industry extremely well and you could use your platform to start a watch trading company
