Hi Soph!! Idk if ur still looking for books but I’m currently reading one called The Book of Even More Awesome by Neil Pasricha and it’s basically about little things in life that bring us joy. I’m reading it and it makes me appreciate/realize the good things in life cause I def struggle with being optimistic sometimes. But yeah 10/10 would recommend! Also they’re super small chapters like 1 or 2 topics per page so it’s not too overwhelming with words that’ll make u draw a blank
