You can update the tech levels of your framework by updating the original software you used to create the framework. If you made a framework for Reverb, then you need to update Reverb to the latest tech levels in order to get a speed boost for later tech levels when creating new software. You can also create a PM team that doesn't create any software and just updates software you already have. They will fix bugs and update tech levels.

I also dont like meetings. What i discovered is reducing the amount of seats in the meeting rooms makes it so that production is less affected but the bonus of meetings are still fine. You can look at those bonus in the teams tab (the greens bars)

Definitely need to move to your own building sooner rather than later. Increase the size of the teams and definitely have day/night shifts who work on different products. 1 team focusing on one genre, the second team doing a different genre that way you won't be competing with yourself

Just a FYI I believe some of the people you have hired in like your “core” team are low salary people and I believe a couple might be set to hire low salary people. Which could be significantly dragging down how good your teams are. Just something to look into.

First of, you dont need to use a framework. Second, when making a new software in the market targeting - when clicking analyze and apply, you dont want to click auto-balance or move the sliders around after. It sets the sliders to be most effective against the current market demand. So you want to match the features so that it covers the sliders from the analyze of the market. Also there is no point of making a software with wasted interest, it makes no difference in the succes of the software other than taking longer to make.

I would probably move building to either something like hardware inc or a custom building (you have way more than enough money) would allow you to upscale printing and not run out of copies ever again
