I realised that depression is an other word for suppressed emotions. It helped to literary ask myself what i could be sad or angry about. The answer came most of the time, mostly after hours the same day. Knowing what you’re angry/sad about helpes to work through traumatic events. Angry and sad are the same emotion. what how? LASIK is almost always succesful, you might have not taken the precautions post surgery properly or some techincal issue which the doctor couldn't notice
