On the Petterson clip against Otter, he knew Petterson was going five hole and wanted to put his other pad down but because at the all stars every goalie got new pads it wasnt broken in yet therefor his pads got stuck in eachother if you watch. Great vid, keep it up!👏👍

One note on terminology for goalies, the blocking technique you call pseudo-VH historically would be called a half butterfly, at least that's what they called it in the instructional video from vaughn and Hockey Canada I had as a kid (proof: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iZXEY5mYZseErqM, 42:34. Sorry about the french, its the only version of disc 1 on youtube). Not sure if that's still common, but googling it shows some modernish results

seen hintz,crosby and seguin always go five hole in a white stance so i started doing that, if the goalie knew what i was doing i’d use a anchor instead and change direction real quick
