I too, keenly follow Ur stories . On this one I have special interest since its about a Nkosi of which I too am-Respectfully there are gaps in this Nkosi story, if she was 18 years n is victim why did de Court listen to de mother n not to her as she in a court going age? If Nkosi was arrested January 2018 n sentenced in 2019, by then de child was born n Court could have insisted on paternity result as mfo was to be sentenced to life - why didn't he trace de person/friend who was seen kissing de 18yrs old in that November party n have him subpoenaed during appeal, kukhona okungangihlanga neli kahle Bafo

Uma ngizwe kahle, ubufakazi bokuqabulana buvele after sentencing. Angazi kwenzekani kulenkinga yokuth bobathathu abakhumbuli ukuth kwenzekani. I think its one of those casese where prosecution was clouded by the nature of the case and its sensitivity. I think it is always common in these kind of cases where its a woman against man. Very difficult as a man to even tell your side as the society already concluded that you are guilty.

The evidence in this case is not enough to get Nkosi sentenced. The DNA of Nkosi and of either the foetus or the baby needed to be obtained and compared. Nkosi needs to get a lawyer to appeal this case
