How NOT to do the ARK Island Map Gamma Dragon Boss fight solo!

Some ways I've tried to win the ARK Island Map Gamma Dragon Boss fight solo, that did not work. Hopefully you can learn from my mistakes.
I will post a successful solo attempt later.
This is on a server with server stats, not single player.
