This is my amateurish, poor quality, probably slightly out of focus, only semi-epic, video of the SpaceX Falcon Heavy launch of Arabsat 6A mission. I've only ever watched rocket launches from my back yard, or the beach, up on Amelia Island north of Jacksonville. This was my first time watching relatively up close, from Canaveral National Seashore, and first time recording a launch through my telescope. I was about 15 miles north of the Cape. This was a game changer for me, and I plan to attend the next Falcon 9 launch to continue to refine my video capture, having learned several key things from this first time around (Number 1 being don't get to the observing site 5 minutes before launch lol).
Equipment: Meade ETX 125 OTA (1900mm), mounted on camera tripod, with a Panasonic LUMIX GX85. Gave an effective focal length of 3800mm. Sensor stabilization was set to the max of 1000mm. This was for the launch only. Side booster landing was caught with a Panasonic LUMIX FZ300, digitally zoomed in to just over 2000mm effective focal length.
