Not a bad little film, there, dude! It's just a tad stiff, however, it'll take some practice before it feels natural. One thing you can do, is move more than just the selected limb; if you're moving your arm, try to twist the torso some to follow through, and give the other arm some slight movement as well. When running, try to shrug the shoulders some, giving weight to the torso to lean forward some and 'twist' the upper torso to match the stride, (IE left shoulder more forward on the left step forward.) A good indication of movement stems from the whole body, not just the one limb that's moving. Still, it's a fantastic start and your video gave me a good chuckle. I apologize if this doesn't make sense, I'm not to good at explaining actually animating, I'm better at showing.

Thank you for the constructive criticism where as most will just comment "bad animation" without thoughtfully explaining how it can be improved politely! Someday I might feel like actually improving, but for the most part I mostly just enjoy coming up with silly ideas I don't think others have or would animate :p But I definitely believe I sort of improve with each SFM even if im not attempting to.
