Excellent video as always! Do you have any tips or information on how to properly breed and hatch chickens? More specifically how to manage broody hens, do I need to make any specific considerations for their nesting areas, is it better to rely on hen mothers or should I invest in an incubator, how often do I need to acquire new chickens to maintain biodiversity? Thank you for your time, your advice is always the most helpful!
@FarmUp
@FarmUp 3 жыл бұрын
Oh wow. Great question. I'll make a video on this but ideal is 1male 5 females. The nests don't need to be different. Incubation depends on breed. Some do it well,others are horrible. So you use incubators in some. And don't breed siblings or children and parents.
