O.J. Simpson, a renowned former football player turned actor, was at the center of one of the most infamous criminal trials in American history. Accused of the brutal passing of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman in 1994, Simpson's trial became a spectacle that captivated the nation. His defense team, consisting of a handful of high-profile lawyers, employed a strategy that included casting doubt on the prosecution's evidence, raising questions about police conduct, and leveraging issues of race and celebrity status in the courtroom. Despite overwhelming public interest and intense media scrutiny, Simpson was ultimately acquitted, so, let's get into it.

Actually, double jeopardy means you cannot do the time twice for the same crime. Example, if a man was convicted for the murder of his wife, but she actually ran off with another man, and he finds and kills her after his release. Since he already did the time for that crime, he can’t be sent to prison again for it.

The glove not fitting always irritated me because leather can shrink when it is exposed to liquids and he was wearing a rubber or latex glove while “trying” to put it on. Rubber or latex gloves make it harder to put other gloves on over them. I know this because I would put them on under my gloves when I would work in wet or snowy weather to keep my hands dry during the winter. The whole thing was a circus and unfortunately the victims and their families did not receive justice.

They would ask questions like “did you ever see OJ strike Nicole in the face?” When they would respond with “no but I saw him shove, slap, throw her…” or no but she told me he did/ we saw the marks after…etc. Then the relatives would be reprimanded for adding other details. It was disgusting, they did this over and over again. Making it seem like he wasn’t obviously beating her regularly by asking questions in a manipulative way that they knew would emotionally provoke her relatives and look like they were adding irrelevant details.
