Canonically he IS actually most likely in his 40’s He was around 18 or so when he was sentenced and spent around 20 years serving it meaning he was in his late 30’s when he took over the fortress Knowing he knew Callas from his Navia voiceline he has likely been in control of the fortress for a minimum of 3 years but probably a little longer than that. Out of all the normal humans he is actually one of the older characters if not the oldest.
