The costs for the protem buildings in Amaravati have already proved that they are three times more compared to the construction costs in Vizag or on rocky 30000 acres of government lands near Orvakal in Kurnool. Unlike seas or oceans which are constant, riverside cities may burst anytime and devastate the whole cities. Hence Vizag is the best for a capital given the highest revenue we get in the form of taxes from it at present.
