Metalstorm had an incredible hidden gem-one that came and went like a stealth jet! The Elimination Mode, introduced in late 2024, was a complete game-changer. And now? It’s gone from playlists! But why did it have such an impact? And more importantly… why does it need to come back?

I don't know the game (but I play flight sims) I can certainly see how having only one life will change everything and makes players way more cunning. Also it must make killls and wins more satisfying! If I was the dev, it would be a no brainer to reintroduce it.

Ah so that’s what happened to the game mode. I’m disappointed, it was my favorite mode since I was getting into dogfights more often.

It got knocked out yeah. But it was good and bad too some. Folks hated waiting. Others didn't like having all the pressure on them..if they were the last..

100% agree elimination mode should come back. I have two videos showing exciting moments in elimination. I even won a 1v5 lol! I haven’t had as exciting moments after the mode is gone because we can always respawn

yup its stresful. i never won a 1 v 5 like 1v2 once or twice i ost that 1 v3
