I remember knowing this in the past, but I lost it along the way. I used to walk freely through the world around me and I was not afraid of it. I drew things and dreamed about things, then watched them become reality. I was strong at manifesting my world. A while back, a distant relative I had not seen in years contacted me, and said she needed a friend, and it helped her to talk to me, so I tried to be a friend to her, but she was draining my energy and it left me physically sick and sad after listening to her. I ended contact. I am restoring my energy now, my psyche, and my world. I am so glad to find you here. You validate my reality. Someone long ago told me "stratification of consciousness" lets us communicate on different levels, like tuning a radio to different frequencies. Maybe that's what manifests our world too. Sarah, this video is so incredibly important. Through many facets, I began learning about the nature of this curated reality when I was 13 or 14 and naturally, it blew my fucking mind. I began seeing actual subliminal images hidden between frames on tv shows, stopping the dvr and freeze framing the images only to validate and horrify myself when I would see things like an actual swastika nazi flag thrown into the frames of a tv show I was watching. Many, many times I noticed these flashes and would go back to find strange images and phrases. Simultaneously I was learning about MK Ultra, predictive programming, all the secret experiments, secret societies, music industry horrors, etc. I took a big fat red pill and it gave me the eyes to see. Unfortunately it also gave me tremendous anxiety and panic attacks at first because I was being put into a completely different world through my perception being expanded. Now as an adult, I am thankful for this experience, a death and rebirth, which I would experience several other times since then, each time understanding more and more about what is and awakening to both the empowerment of my light and depth of the shadow. Your videos help greatly, many other spiritual teachers also help bring clarity to the illusion. You have a way with explanation that gives a new depth to each concept you explain, even if I am very familiar with it. Also, side note, today before watching this video I was deeply contemplating this very subject. This is definitely not the first time I have contemplations and shortly thereafter after come across a new video you put out speaking of the same thing. Synchronicity is exciting and makes me feel super connected. Thank you for the high quality, powerful, and thoughtful content you create. @@andrewcanady6644 It’s not something I would say I chose but something that I was destined for before incarnating. I went through a huge Ego Death and my fears, triggers, anger etc, was brought before me to heal and confront whether I liked it or not. When I say “It” I mean my guides and angels and the Divine/God/Source. This is what my soul’s contract agreed to if you will. I definitely didn’t expect my divine plan to go this way that’s for sure! 😅 But EVERYONE has the potential to help shift us into higher consciousness…hence the 5D consciousness and beyond. It’s remembering that we are sovereign and can manifest in unconditional love and a peaceful world. It’s when we are told we are in separation and are made to feel powerless, being triggered and being shown fear instead of being shown our power, that is what many struggle with and what many of the Lightworkers are helping undo. This is what Sarah talks about in the video, healing, knowing our sovereignty etc. As long as it comes from a place of unconditional love and Justice NOT anger or vengeance, that’s when we begin to rise higher. I don’t mean this to sound religious by the way lol. We as a collective need to know our own power and bring in that 5D world.

Would love a video on intention; thank you. And the bottom line sounds like "never give in to fear" and to simply heal and empower yourself and be mindfully deliberate with your thoughts. But what I don't understand is if these... "they" ... whoever they are -- but if they understand all of this esoteric stuff, why can they not create their own optimal timelines? if they have all this power and wisdom then what could be their possible motivation to control the rest of humanity this way? what do they really have to gain from the rest of us that they can't gain through their own manifestational power?

I can relate to this topic very much. Had a lot of revelations and epiphanies over this weekend with all my friends and families. Had a rebirth moment because it has gotten to a point where I lost myself because all the burden was put on me to make their dreams come true and I really had no control at one point but it’s because of all the choices I keep making that keeps leading to this.

Thank you so much for this! And I would love to understand intention setting from your perspective! It's so powerful, I live almost entirely by intention setting. Well, actually I guess I would say that since my awakening occurred, it's been the mode that my Soul has been encouraging me to move through my reality with because it allows me to stay in the flow and be tapping my intuition constantly. I've also come to understand the damage that can happen when you consciously break your intentions or promises to yourself (especially when it's done without any regard or ceremony). At least for my experience, it created major blocks to expressing myself in a variety of ways.

I loved this one! Deep resonance within me. In a way I have heard nothing new, yet the way you put it and connect the dots, makes it all very clear and easy to understand. A video on the subject of intentions is welcome. And what I would also really like is you getting into subliminal messages, which in my (slightly humble) point of view is part of the revealing the method programming. For example, Shell's slogan 'Go well', can mean 'have a good journey'. But it can also mean 'we're going to go on until all resources are out/until the well is dry...' Anyway, I love your videos. I just realized something else, now. Passive listening does not help with auditory processing if busy at work. This teaching synchs up perfectly with questions I've been pondering. This video touches on a topic I was just discussing yesterday with someone very close to me. We were theorizing as to how objective/collective reality manifests. And we basically came to the conclusion that we all must agree to it. And/or we were programmed to perceive the world we experience in the same way as our parents, and their parents before them, and so on, for several generations. And our programming/perceptions about the nature of this reality is similar to the programming others have been taught all around the world so that collectively the world outside of us seems relatively set in stone. And even before that conversation, I have been wondering if there even is some form of objective reality which exists independently from our subjective experiences of it - and if so, would there be anyway for us to know for sure, considering that we can only perceive through our subjective point of experience? Wow, this is so much deeper...and so vital. 🙏🙏🙏 We need to dream a new collective dream...use the power of our attention and will to navigate ourselves completely away from the dialectic... So let's learn about our intentions next please, Sarah! 😁
