Is the fertilizer spread evenly with this drip system? Or some crops get more, some less? How to control that?

What's the spacing on that cabbage and broccoli? I rotate running K Nitrate with with Calcium nitrate with my tomatoes and pepper and add in some boron every few weeks. I get alot of pre plant fertilizer through chicken litter that helps the bottom line.

I’m looking to do about (18) rows of strawberries that are 300ft long . I really like your set up! My water source is about 600’ from the strawberry field. Do you think that pump and setup would work to get the water 600’ and then through all the rows of the strawberries? It’s relatively flat without much elevation change. I’m curious just how much distance your whole system is…

Yes, a 2" pump and filters will be more than sufficient for that, especially with little change in elevation. A 2" system will water roughly 2 acres (8000) linear feet of plastic. I'm watering about 2 acres after pumping up a steep hill.

Curious what your in row spacing is for your 2 wide Cole crops? I've been growing a few years without plastic and struggling to find the right spacing between rows.

You just about can't get them too tight. I plant 12"x12" alternating doubled. I have seen them tripled at this spacing on bare ground

PVC prices have nothing to do with the "excellent leadership in this country". Come on. If you don't understand how things work, don't comment on them and stick to the farming and pump stuff. Also -- why not bury 2 inch poly pipe? Not a bunch of expensive connectors to buy etc. Since we live where it freezes damn hard in the winter, we break down all our irrigation lines and use the quick connector/fire hose style you showed at the end. I actually use your sprayer fill setup to fill 300 gal tanks to water remote spots (trees).

Do you see a lot of damage from deer, raccoons, etc.? We have a new 6 acre field we're able to farm for the first time ever this season, but I'm hesitant to plant anything in it without putting a poly fence around it. The spot is a deer expressway, so I'm worried about deer damage. Those fields are beautiful! Thanks as always for sharing like you do. Send some of that heat up to Michigan!

Awesome video! Two questions when you fill your sprayer up do you filter it in any way? Also I currently use a 3/4 main line on your main line will my nipples work on the blue lay flat line? I guess 3 questions what do you to make your holes in the line

I use standard Rivilus t-tape .45 12" and water essentially non stop. From one field to the next. The biggest mistake I made early on was underestimating water needs. If water isn't seeping out from under the bed edges, need more water.
