Just saw the Energy Act 2023 has come into action so the timing of this is perfect, for those who didn’t know.

@@thelawacademy1 it’s nearly 500 pages long so it’s quite a read. Focuses more on hydrogen and carbon storage, transport and licensing more than anything at the moment and most of it doesn’t apply until a set date in the future by the Secretary of State but it will no doubt be and is a huge and important piece of legislation.
