USMC MARINE WITHOUT A "BULLET": (Police remove gun rights!) Written by a United States Marine! (50 years ago I was charged with my 3rd and last DUI) "PLEASE READ" ...! VICTIMLESS alcohol-related traffic offenses eternally abrogate 2-A "Rights". (By Nexus with Federal law) ALL 3 DUI CONVICTIONS WERE VOID OF VICTIM, INCIDENT, ACCIDENT, OR DAMAGED PARTY. All arrests took place after leaving the same bar. Police in those days sat across the street waiting for bar patrons to leave! After serving (6) years as a United States front-line Marine during the Iranian crisis (1979) returning to civilian life was difficult... Many Marines at that time weren't as fortunate having decided to take their own lives. (23/Marines commit suicide every day!). Alcohol was the medicinal relief for PTSD nearly 50 years ago before having my own family, children, and grandchildren! I proudly served my country as a United States Marine (Honorably Discharged) and can no longer own or possess even a single bullet ever! ... Victimless DUI laws allow taxpayers to keep their driver's license, vehicle, and voting rights but not the gun "Right" to protect family, life, wealth, or castle! Texas & other states allow "DUI felons" WITH INJURED PARTIES, to legally possess firearms within their homes 5 years after conviction. WITHOUT victim, incident, accident, or damaged party, the 2nd Amendment "Right" should never be eternally abrogated, EVER! (THATS JUST CRAZY) - USMC (Semper Fidelis) SGT E-5 (5811)

Just like the introduction of the 14th amendment which was also the same thing of violating Rights. If you do something no matter the issue and get released from being illegally imprisoned. Got the feds involved when I found out I was being set up folks got in trouble the whole night wasn't even anything but a misdemeanor and cursing over a text message. Got my concealed after that didn't get into anything then went to renew them but before doing so told the story to the secretaries at the Richmond Court in Virginia and they basically turn me down because I didn't want to marry the girl back of the day. Listen to that whole story and you can't tell me how crooked for the dumbest reasons that the system is. I didn't get mad at all though all I'm doing is I guess in my own ways building a case on them. Mind you Richmond circuit Court is also known for locking black folks up especially men and self-defense encounters because they don't want black men to have guns in Richmond Virginia anyway. I've learned that dissecting the local court system as well. I've been taking the very mature detective route with these folks and it's pretty interesting.
