Because in the Amplified and King James versions, they refer to God calling Moses out of the Bush. Not the angel of the Lord. Again in Joshua, if it refers to the Lord Himself being the Captain of the Lord's Army, it doesn't mean He is an Angel. It's a deliberate attempt to malign the events that unfolded that night by over-shadowing the "angel of the LORD" by saying a bunch of angels arrived at the camp of the Assyrian army and by morning, not one was alive, one of the angel slew them! Though subtle, it is effective and the devil knows it, he got Eve that way! This could cause people to worship angels by glorifying them! They are not men so there's no comparison. Angels serve God Almighty and do His will. They fulfill various roles as a part of the heavenly host from praise and worship to spiritual warfare with the forces of the fallen. Obviously they are not of the flesh so they are not flawed by the same inadequacies that ultimately make us weak.
