I think they did. I had the issue and they sent me a free replacement and let me keep the old one and I haven’t had any double clicks since Then. They also gave me the updated version (the one that doesn’t say how many clicks it lasts)

I have had three of these. One was a replacement by Logitech. The issue is that the Powerplay will generate EMF interference while in the charging state, as indicated by the White LED on the pad receiver. I have the G903 Mouse, G910 Keyboard, and the Powerplay. I also use a Logitech MX Master 3 and Performance MX for productivity most of the time. I noticed the mouse cursor while using any other wireless mouse like the MX Master 3 or Performance MX was jittering, and I could not control it while the Powerplay was in the charge state! As soon as the charge state ended or I unplugged the Powerplay, the cursor would return to normal. As soon as the Powerplay returned to the charging state, the cursor would become erratic again! I also noticed the G903 generated a jittery mouse cursor while the Powerplay was in a charged state. It was not as bad as when using the MXM3, and I could select items, but the cursor was jittering until the charge state ended. So Logitech sent me a replacement Powerplay, and it had the same issue! Because I use my productivity Logitech mice the most, I would unplug the Powerplay pad to prevent the problem from occurring. When I wanted to game and use the G903 mouse, I would plug the Powerplay back in. Fast forward a few months, and I started to play Elden Ring on PC using an Xbox controller. I noticed intermittent issues with menu control. When trying to select or scroll through a menu using the Xbox controller, I could not choose anything, and it would jump around! At first, I thought this was a new game patch issue, but it continued to occur, and then I noticed the game was jittering slightly only on the monitor I was playing Elden Ring. When this issue remained after several patches, I discovered the Powerplay was causing the problem when it was in a charge state! Like the mice, the issue would disappear once I disconnected the Powerplay USB cable or stopped charging. I connected the USB connection directly to my desktop and other USB ports, but the issue persists. All device Firmware and G-Hub software are up to date. I even purchased a third Powerplay pad from BestBuy, hoping Logitech may have changed something, but the issue continues even on the newest Powerplay. The Powerplay produces some EMF that impacts other wireless devices, speakers, and monitors. I am not sure how the Powerplay is affecting my monitor. Still, it is only occurring on the monitor I am playing Elden Ring on, leading me to conclude the interface is coming through the Xbox controller and maybe producing micro character movement, which looks like screen jittering on my monitor. I have contacted Logitech again regarding this issue. I have not seen many reviewers reporting this, but I believe this is because most owners only use a Logitech G Mouse, so they do not know the impact on other wireless devices. However, there are a few reviewers who, like me, use different wireless devices and are experiencing the same issue. Edit: I have noticed my Panasonic wireless home phone has had interference for some time now. This wasn't always the case, and If I move away from my desk with the Powerplay, it goes away! It occurred to me that the Powerplay might also impact this phone. Sure enough, if I unplug the Powerplay mouse pad, all my home phone interference disappears! There is a Powerplay Charging Enable option in the G Hub Powerplay options section that will only work with Powerplay Firmware 7.1.11. G Hub will NOT update the Powerplay Firmware through the built-in update process, and you have to do this manually to update the Fireware to 7.1.11 to enable this option! With no help from Logitech support, I think I figured out a fix. You have to use the Logitech POWERPLAY Wireless Charging System Update Tool under downloads for the Powerplay device to actually update the Powerplay Firmware to version 7.1.11 to get the option to disable. Powerplay Charging! You can now disable Powerplay Charging until required, and it will not impact other devices. I am still checking this works and will update later. Good luck.

Interesting. None of my Bluetooth or 2.4Ghz devices have any issues when powerplay is nearby and charging my mice. My bluetooth speaker and wireless gaming headset has never experienced any EMI interference. Your case is very interesting and unique, and I have no clue what is happening to your devices.

@@yae_123 Thanks; Unfortunately, Logitech could not assist and provided a refund for the PowerPlay. The 7.1.11 Firmware that added the disable option helped, and I just unplug the mat transmitter when not being used to prevent interference.

Thanks for the info. I am on the fence about getting the mousepad. I use a Bluetooth gaming controller, and am worried about cross interference. I have a g502 x plus lightspeed mouse, I already paid $150 for the mouse, the battery life is extremely long, and aside from the convenience of wireless charging, I don't need to spend any more money on something mouse related. I don't even want to check the price of the charging mousepad, because it won't be a reasonable price. Sorry to hear about your bad experience with this tech.

Well there's your big problem.. this pad only works with a select few LOGITECH mice. It does not work with just any wireless device...

@@JTheraos Thanks Therraos but I am not expecting the pad to charge my MX Master 3, I have G903 for that but I prefer to use MX Master 3 for work and general items. The pad when on generates interference causing the cursor to be erratic when I use the MX mouse on the pad. Logitech has added a setting in the G HUB software under the PowerPlay settings that allows you to disable the Device Start-Up Effect and more importantly PowerPlay Charging.. With these settings unchecked I can use the MX mouse with no issues. So Logitech took my input and made some changes to G HUB which corrected the issue. I hope the info on these newer device options helps those also experiencing the same issue.

Firs this pad is not new. Second you have to connect it anyway the whole time and microusb is forsure cheaper and you dont need the speed of USB C connectors

@@moltenbullet Bit late with this BUT...USB 3/C Hubs have a LOT of electrical interference which drastically affects wireless mice (or anything wireless/bluetooth/sound wide), if i keep one where that Hub is on Powerplay, latency goes up by 300%. There are studies all over the internet about 3.0+ Hubs and electrical interference. Basically don`t keep your USB Hub next to Audio cards (it even affects wired sound), audio Dacs, BT/Wifi transmitter/antenaee or your wifi modem, mouse, keyboard. It will kill the speed & latency, also range. I can see a drastic downgrade in sound quality with a USB 3 hub between my Bluetooth DAC and my wireless headphones (any codec LDAC, AAC, aptx). Adding a hub in that module would kill its advantages and turn mouse performance to that of a $12 bt mouse. I also suspect the wireless charging has a similar effect on anything else wireless in the vicinity, as such wireless headphones/speakers might get rekt by using this. So basically use this mouse+pad for perma wireless mouse but NOTHING ELSE wireless withing 3ft of the pad.

The thing they give you which replaces the cap on the underside of the mouse do get a tiny bit warm. However, you will not have any temperature issues during regular usage or gaming.

so you say it charges your mouse any time you move it... wouldn't that mean... over charging? I thought batteries were suppose to be used then recharged then used then recharged other wise the life span is shortened like phones if you get the charging case, the batteries don't last that long it destroys the battery because it doesn't drain enough, and keeps getting recharged before it is even half empty reducing life span due to the natural impulse to always achieve the most battery life at all times.

Yes, it will probably degrade battery life over time, but it's going to be charging forever so even if the battery ends up with 5 minutes total life on a full charge, it's never not charging so it makes no difference.

i suppose that little thingy you add to the mouse makes sure to make a connection between the mouse and the pad. When the mouse is full it stops charging, I hope. Otherwise, the first "cycle" of charging never actually ends so it will degrade slowly

Congratulations on logitech! the logitech ghub program simply loses its settings, crashes, does not start, does not update, does not uninstall, does not reinstall! your support only advises that the computer needs to be formatted! hundreds of users with the same problem reporting this!
