Your teaching is so simplistic. I haven't had this addiction but I believe it can help with oppression and deception in any part of my life. I so appreciate you!!

Can you please do a part 2 of this video explaining: 1. how you identified the deception. 2. What were the lies you believed that kept to you from receiving your deliverance? 3. And what strategies you used to finally be free. 4. Do you have to maintain those strategies today to keep from falling back into those lies or into the sin? Please 🙏.

Can you please share your experience od being filled with the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I am still praying and trusting God for the gift.
@SteppingOut957Ай бұрын
You don't have to wait. Usually, the reason why believers struggle to receive the gift of speaking in tongues is because of a misunderstanding of how it works. When you speak in tongues, it is still you speaking. However, the Holy Spirit gives you the utterance - the words. You have to move your mouth. You remain in control throughout. He doesn't take over your mouth and so if that is what you are waiting for Him to do, it won't happen. So, go into your closet tonight. Ask the Lord for the gift of speaking in tongues and then by faith, speak. It could start with you saying a few syllables or vowels but soon, as you step out in faith, you'll receive your language. Speaking in tongues is supernatural but also very simple and unspectacular.

John 8:36 NKJV Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. 2 Corinthians 5:17-18 NKJV Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. [18] Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, Pray to not fall for any deception no matter how cleverly disguised or appealing it may appear to be.

Brother Augustine, thank you for your teaching, which always brings inspiration and enlightenment. I have a question I’d like to ask. When a brother who deeply loves the Lord, is fervent in serving, and constantly blesses the church and others in various ways is diagnosed with cancer, and the whole church prays for him-some fasting, others praying in tongues, and all kinds of deliverance prayers-yet in the end, he still goes to be with the Lord, was there something wrong with our prayers? The prayers of the church were united and full of faith, and he himself believed that God would heal him. But why did he ultimately not overcome the illness? In such situations, how should we pray? Or do we just accept that “this is God’s timing for him to be with the Lord”?

When I read your comment, the story of David came to mind. David's first son with Bathsheba died despite David's fervent prayers and fasting. Also, the son had not done anything to deserve death. It was purely a case of unfortunate circumstances. Similarly, the brother found himself in unfortunate circumstances where he had to go despite not having any fault. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get God to explain reasons behind someone's death. If you ask Him, He will tell you to "prepare for your turn to go". In the end, you just have to accept that some things are beyond us. If you want to pray, pray that your faith will not dwindle as a result of discouragement.

This recently happened to my wife, who lost her battle with cancer. She was a godly Christian woman, kind and living. There were many people praying for her, including both of our families, some healing ministries, and several different church congregations. I myself fasted, prayed in tongues, and laid hands on her in faith for several months. None of this stopped her from dying a slow, painful death. A part of me is angry that all of this effort did not save her life. However, I believe that at this moment she is with the Lord in a place of great joy, and that she is happy to not be in this world of pain anymore. I'm sure that if you experience incredible joy in the presence of God, you won't care what you had to suffer during your earthly life. So for those in Christ, death is not a punishment.
