Although not a pro cyclist by any means, I had my fair share of training collegiately for cross country in Omaha NE. For me, a big part was having a solid “why”. It got me out of bed and running whether it’s was 100 or -5 degrees. Another big part was figuring out layering as well as just getting used to the cold. Even now, as an aspiring professional Ultrarunner and manual laborer, when it’s cold, you just dress appropriately and get out there! Thanks for your video and the insight. Definitely helpful for me in my goals! Peace.

As a keen cyclist, with my rechargeable heated glove liners and heated socks, worn inside a pair of decent winter gloves coupled with a pair of 3mm thick neoprene overshoes, I'm happy to ride in minus Celsius weather for hours, there no such thing as bad weather, only bad kit decisions.
