Hi Thomas, thanks for watching my vids! I will be making a seperate video about just the contract - stay tuned! But here are a few hints: 1. In the contract, I define that I'm not liable in case someone breaks into the container and steals something 3. I am not liable for entering water/condensation and so on 2. Renters can terminate the contract after a 6-week notice + I can terminate the contract within 2 weeks

Join your states self storage association. They will provide you a contact that is legal in your state.

Enjoying your content Hans, but just a quick little tip, piece of friendly advice. Turn the music volume down slightly in your video editing/post production and your voice volume up slightly. Invest in a good quality lavalier microphone, it will definitely help.

Bin eigentlich über deinen Consulting Content auf dich gestoßen, finde aber auch die Videos zu deinem Business super strukturiert erklärt (sofort abonniert :)) Ich überlege mir auch sowas Ähnliches in Norddeutschland aufzuziehen und wollte fragen: Hast du mit einem einzigen Container angefangen? Rechnet sich das Ganze erst, wenn man mehrere Container nebeneinander aufstellt, weil man dann die Kosten für die Überwachungskamera auf die Container verteilen kann? Worauf hast du insbesondere bei der Auswahl des Grundstücks geachtet, wie wichtig sind Punkte wie die Sicht von der Straße aus, Umzäunung oder die Lage generell?

Freut mich, dass dir mein Content gefällt! :) Ich habe mit 2 Container angefangen damals, aber mit einem Container "zum Testen" geht das auch! Wenn du mit einem Container anfängst, brauchst du auch nicht direkt Überwachungskameras, würde ich sagen. Das kannst du dann später mal nachholen. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist nicht ganz so wichtig, so lange es genug Nachfrage nach Containern gibt - daher vorher einfach Anzeigen auf Ebay Kleinanzeigen schalten. Sicht von der Straße aus ist irrelevant. Umzäunung ist von Vorteil, muss aber auch nicht sein. Hoffe, das hilft!
