I'm a bit confused. Is it the prostate itself or the nerves which covers the prostate which get stimulated. I believe some of these nerves are attached to the wall of the rectum which get stimulated. If that's the case, will the nerves still be there after prostate surgery and heal in time. Nerve regeneration.

No, if your prostate is removed you obviously can’t massage it. I myself had prostatectomy and some nerves were destroyed and now I have ED. Viagra / Cialis doesn’t work but Alprostadil cream into my urethra does. If that doesn’t work then your doctor could prescribe Alprostadil injections into your penis.

My problem, now, that I practiced it, is that my finger become more and more black and that spread up to my hand and up, and up . . ., and I dont even talk about the smell which is . . . strong to say the least . . ., I abuse anti perspirant and perfume but it doesn't mask it well, but I confirm that I do have a stronger and much bigger erection, but I cannot anymore go out of my flat because of this. So, all in all, I'm prety full of other problems that usually doctors call "side effects".
