Pyke talks a lot about "danger" and "dangerous" with Irelia. My guess is that at some point there was some kind of a situation where Pyke needed Irelia's help, and Irelia didn't help because she thought it was "too dangerous". However, one can also add a twist to this theory and say it wasn't Pyke who was asking the help, but someone who's now dead but who's parts are also in Pyke, giving him the memories and making him think it was him Irelia let down.

About the Lucian Quote: So this is probably not true but this is the first voiceline about Lucians wife that states that he has seen her, while Yorick for example tells him that he hasnt seen her. Riot wrote in the last roadmap that there would come a very unsual AD carry and with that a gif of a projectlie consisting of dark and light energy. Now what if the new AD carry champion was the ghost of his wife and her release skin will be Project or Program? Granted, this is very farfetched, but it makes a little sense I think.

It's quite interesting that they went with pyke being super paranoid of everyone and especially of those who have any sort of affiliation with project, since he's rebuilt himself from parts and scrap belonging to other former users, mostly likely people dumped or killed by project. Which means that Pyke now has the memories of hundreds or thousands of deaths by project's hand, so he's out for revenge in the name of every single lost memory imprint or "ghost" he inherited while he tried to rebuild himself. Think about it, he's like the wasteland's Robin Hood of the damned

I have a prediction about the sister thing. 1) Vi's sister died (or was injured/taken etc) when Vi was young where Vi was supposed to be looking after her and 2) Caitlyn is Jinx's sister. Jinx thinks she's crazy either sexually ("Sorry boys, I keep the fluffy ones at home") or just because Caitlyn is more normal and therefore weird to Jinx. I only really have these ideas because they would kinda make sense if you ignore everything else in the lore, but also I just have a gut feeling Riot is pulling a big bait-and-switch. Time will tell, and I want this comment as proof if I'm right lol!

Also since I can't edit my comment I will put my edit here: It would also make sense why Vi's sister was never mentioned before. Perhaps Pyke has a memory from X character, and X character is the one who kidnapped or killed her sister. Therefore anyone who met Vi afterwards would never know of her sister unless she told them; she doesn't seem like the kind of person who would admit her mistakes, but she would also be blaming herself for the incident whether it was her fault or not.
