Wow, i thought this is impossible without these bonding machines, thank you so much to show us something new💪😃👍 May i ask if you use low temperature solder and what's the setting for the solder iron? Thank you again and best regards
@tgetvtipsАй бұрын
Oh my! Such kind words from you! I'm so thankful. Soldering iron temperature should be in the range of 250-280 degrees celcius. Please watch this video to learn more: kzbin.infoiGad9Ch4a5I?si=fSkXU1JjVWyEt5Bx

I am confused I though that you were going to explain this in more detail. As a newbie I would appreciate something with a bit more explicit explanation as I have been struggling to find what makes for a good solder. Regardless though good video man.

Hi! I'm sorry for simply allowing the soldering work do the explaining. Let me see... How about we start with you watching this video. kzbin.infoiGad9Ch4a5I?si=co22W-xtmfQ2P_WY Seeing that lots of folks want more information on solder quality, I'm going to create a playlist just for solder and related materials. And I'll be making more content to help new ones get better aquianted with micro soldering. Thanks for being here.

Those who try COF manual bonding need to learn the key steps. And it does need some practicing to get use to it.

I don't have to show that because I've done thousands of this fix, many shown on the channel with some LIVE COF soldering. I can do it with my eyes closed. 😊 kzbin.infonnG-orSJWzE?si=O3QfbkvqB1XtocPC kzbin.infoHIHs48b4gfE?si=aZNsifgrRUYIkYrv

HOW QUALITY SOLDER WORKS !? Do you know why the author did not turn on the device after soldering it and show that his work came out well? Because he didn't intend to do so, so he set a catchy title of the video in order to get more views on YT. In fact, there are a lot of short circuits there and in such a simple way as he showed it can not be done quickly.

I appreciate that. However, note that this is the very least of the micro soldering jobs that I do. If I have shown the results of far more difficult flex soldering jobs, rest assured, the result of this one should be the least of your bother. Have you even seen the livestreams on the channel? 😊
Oh, sure it does! 😅 You'd be amazed at how much the human hand can fix these things! Have you seen other videos on the channel? Check out this playlist - kzbin.info/aero/PLJ8heqjD1CQN71Qg0qoyQmn7Nru3q0_8W&si=J_m27rk_E0Cv_uoa

I appreciate your viewpoint. The thing is, I later realised they I should have done some explaining in the video, but I concluded that the video was self-explanatory. Apologies for that. Nevertheless, you may still be able to discern that the quality of the solder used allowed for the ease with which the soldering job was done.

@tgetvtips you didn't test any of it very easy to bridge
@tgetvtips28 күн бұрын
@primus711 I understand. But trust me, that was a successful repair. I don't bother testing some screens that I've worked on because they aren't even close to being called challenging. I've done lots of far more difficult soldering jobs. Here, the videos in this playlist will give you a good idea of the level of micro soldering jobs that are featured on this channel: kzbin.info/aero/PLJ8heqjD1CQN71Qg0qoyQmn7Nru3q0_8W&si=HhxCnsrD3ma0YyGt
