The real issue that you forgot to address is that Ranveer focused on competition with Ranbir Kapoor while Ranbir never really cared and Ranbir focused on himself only. The director made Minnal murali, which is extremely problematic film. In the very start of the film, they showed a play, where they eulogized and extolled Portuguese and how they liberated India.
