I taught myself to be ambidextrous- I taught karate for a bit, and some of the katas (routines) were different for left and right handed people. We didn't have a left handed teacher, so I learnt to use nunchucks with my left hand. I then broke my right middle finger in time for my GCSEs, so I learned to write with my left. At the moment, my left hand is stronger and I do print lettering (uniform, letters aren't joined up) with biros and pencils, and my right hand is more technical, and I tend to do cursive (letters are joined, tend to be a bit more loopy) with inkier pens. This happened because inkier pens smudged with my left, so I have different pens for each hand, and write accordingly, it's quite cool.

The clasping hands part means that most people, when they clasp them, prefer putting either their right or left thumb over the other. The 1% means the people who don’t have a preference, and are just as comfortable with either thumb over the other 4:22

0:22 fun fact, this is actually learnable, I was the only one in my family who couldn’t do it and I am pretty sure the only one in my friend group and whenever I asked people or googled it I would find that it is impossible to learn. But I really wanted to learn it and always tried it while like biking, working or just watching tv and after half a year of trying it I actually learned it and proved everyone wrong, now I can do it perfectly fine and I can almost do the clover (I can already do the wave, fold my tongue, make it thick and thin & more)

4:16 Technically, I can only write well with my right hand and I am naturally righty (most Ambidextrous people are lefty) but I do many things with my left hand and I’m training myself to get better with my left hand. For example: I do lefty archery but righty writing/drawing.

I’m one of those people who have a small hole near my ear. You don’t want it. Your mom has to squeeze it and what my mom calls “Cheese” comes out of it.
