Hello! I wanted to make a compilation of sweet/caring moments between the members for Red Velvet's 4th Anniversary, but unfortunately I didn't get to finish it in time... Nonetheless, I wish Red Velvet and Reveluv a happy #4YearsWithRedVelvet and I hope the members remain healthy and happy throughout their future endeavors.
Lately I've seen people from outside the fandom questioning Red Velvet's bond. However, real luvies know that Red Velvet love and take care of each other. They have been through and have achieved so much together throughout the years. In a way, they truly are like a family and each member plays such an important part in the group. If one member is missing it never feels quite right. Let's not pay mind to the antis, at the end of the day we know how strong RV's bond is.
Though I haven't been with them since the beginning, I would like to say that I am so incredibly proud of Red Velvet and hope to stay until the very end. Luvies, let's keep supporting our girls and let's be happy together for many more years to come! ~

Everyone knows that irene technically raised yeri, she took care of her for years because she was just a kid back then. Sorry but it is really hard to find this kind of bond, ironing their clothes for school and such, she was like a mom to them. You can feel how irene has a soft spot when it comes to her baby girls. I admire this woman because she constantly proves that she's not just a pretty face but with beautiful/soft heart and soul. you can never find someone as pure in heart as wendy. she inspires and encourages her friends, she's a giver and defender, she's sweet and kind beyond limits and most importantly loyal. her smile and joke will never fail to make her members laugh. with seulgi you can just feel how much love and admiration she has for her members. she's the type to put her members first before herself, how she talks about them, how she praises them and how proud she always feel with the smallest things they do. she has a strong mentality that helps her friends with, she's that friend who will be right at your back ready to help you whenever you need it. joy and yeri are the ones that give energy to all the members. whenever they feel low or sad they will be the ones that will draw a smile on their unnies faces with their cuteness. watching them all these years make me emotional because they have grown up so much. you can see how they used to rely on their unnies but now their shoulders are a place to lean in by their precious sisters. I respect how professional joy is, how hard she works even when she's tired as hell. I respect how ambitious and full of enthusiasm yeri is. She's full of talents but it sadden me how insecure she feels because of the hurtful comments. So yes, people will say they are not close because they simply never followed them closely and noticed the tiniest details about their relationship. So how can you judge someone when you know nothing about them? Even their songs you have never listened to them lol?

I agree with this SO MUCH too!! I hate how theres a trend going around that RV members arent thst close, because us Reveluvs who've known them for a while know that that is completely false. Even among the idols they are known to have rlly great teamwork and are all really close (ex. Weekly idol one of the MCs commented how they're known to have great teamwork when they were about to complete a challenge). Considering their personalities, (like how Irene is shy around people she doesnt know, but with her members she is absolutely crazy) their bond is undeniable. Just look at their reality show, they're obviously rlly close and it only takes a lil bit of effort to see that. I think it's just bc their personalities are unconventional in the kpop scene, so the dynamic of their friendships is different than what people are used to seeing, but that doesnt minimize their closeness. they are WONDERFULLY CLOSE anyone who says differently better show me proof

Red Velvet is different from other girl groups. The members have such a special bond with one another that non-reveluvs clearly can't see. Just because they don't always show affection to one another doesn't mean they secretly hat each other; their bond is so strong they can just tell somethings wrong just by a look. Irene raised all of them and watched them turn legal age, Seulgi and Irene have been by each other sides for 9 years now, Wendy and Seulgi are 94 liner best friends, Joy and Yeri has the maknae bond, Joy calls Wendy her best unnie, Yeri said her best friend is Seulgi, Joy said that Seulgi mentored her during trainee years for dance, Yeri and Irene might have a 8 year age difference but they act like children together, Wendy calls them her family...There's so much more to say for bond that I could write a dissertation on this. We don't need any "fan service" from them because deep down we know they love each other so much Red Velvet isn't just a girl group, they're a family❤️

the Anti's are just jealous. RV members are all unique in their own way and confident/happy with their roles in the group (which is rare in other groups). a lot of that has to do with how awesome Irene is. IMO, Irene epitomizes what a leader should be: she effortlessly shines, commands attention, but she doesn't hog the spotlight. Suelgi and Joy would easy overshadow and cause tensions for many leaders of other groups, but not Irene.

Red Velvet is different with other girlgroups. They aren't the fanservice-like group where they have lots of skinships that are too cringey and forced, like they just do it for the fans LOL But Red Velvet is different. Whenever thay had sweet interactions with each other, it's rare but it's so genuine. They hate kisses and saying cringey things (btw you can only find 3 moments about RV kissing each other and the 2 of them are JoyRi) 😂 hahaha their chemistry is probably the best. They are family.

There are 5 love languages, and 5 members of Red Velvet... Let's see if they match! Irene- Gift Giving. She never hesitates to pay for her girls, and has bought them many gifts. Though, she can also suit Acts of Service, with the ironing uniforms bit. Seulgi- Words of Affirmation. She's often said she's been impressed by the other members, and compliments them quite a bit. She also hugs a lot, so she's got a bit of Physical Affection too. Wendy- Acts of Service. From cooking the meals they're craving to pulling out the cool tissues for everyone to use, she's always trying to be kind and sensitive to what others need. Though, she also says many, many sweet thing, to the point of cheesiness, so Words of Affirmation could work too. Joy- Physical Affection. Hugs, kisses and massages! She also has some Words of Affirmation. A lot of the members seem to. Yeri- Quality Time. This one is the most obvious. She wants to take them all on a trip. Honestly, you can feel that they're genuine loves each other as a family. They dont exaggerate about missing each other. They acknowledge when they miss joy but still encouraging joy to continue acting. Like real sisters, they dont repeatedly say they love each other, they show it. And if you really close to someone and getting a reasurance that they love you, you will feel awkward because why is dis person acting like dis.
