One thing I've noticed in this meta ESPECIALLY now with the heal offs is that players are very tunnel focused when it comes to popping 50's and medkits with the new changes. It's just not worth it often to get 20 more HP from it when you'll likely lose some anyways. You'll have other opportunities to get the rest of that health back later as well.
